Chapter 3 - Seating and Reservation Management – The Art of Smooth Operations
Explains how to balance walk-ins and reservations, optimise seating arrangements, and handle unexpected issues such as no-shows or overbookings through clear communication and flexibility.
Chapter 4 - Creating Personalised Guest Experiences – Building Loyalty Through Individual Attention
Focuses on gathering guest information, using reservation systems effectively, celebrating special occasions, and delivering thoughtful, memorable experiences that drive repeat visits.
