Whether you're working in a casual outdoor café or a luxury venue, knowing how to speak confidently about shisha and serve it correctly is essential for guest satisfaction and operational safety. The course begins with foundational knowledge about shisha and gradually moves into more complex topics like maintenance, guest interaction, and troubleshooting.
