Food safety is everyone's responsibility. In any restaurant, café, or food service environment, knowing how to store, prepare, and serve food safely is essential for protecting your guests and your team. This course introduces food handlers in the UAE to the fundamentals of food hygiene, personal responsibility, and legal compliance.
Whether you're new to the kitchen or refreshing your knowledge, this course provides practical tools and clear guidance to help you reduce risk and maintain high food safety standards every day.
In this course, you will learn:
