About This Course
Fire safety is a critical responsibility in every hospitality setting. From kitchen equipment to decorative features and gas appliances, restaurants face unique risks that must be managed through training, maintenance, and legal compliance. This course gives restaurant managers and staff the tools to prevent fires, protect guests and teams, and respond confidently in an emergency.
This course has been independently assured by RoSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) for quality and content in line with UK fire safety standards.

Each chapter includes a short quiz, with a final assessment at the end of the course. Successful completion earns a RoSPA-assured certificate in “Fire Safety For Restaurants.”
