About This Course

Chapter 3 - Recognising and Managing Workplace Injuries
Explains how to identify and treat cuts, burns, sprains, and fractures with step-by-step guidance on safe and effective responses.
Chapter 4 - Dealing with Medical Emergencies
Teaches how to handle choking, allergic reactions, fainting, shock, and cardiac emergencies through calm, quick, and confident action.
Chapter 5 - First Aid for Common Illnesses
Outlines first aid for food poisoning, dehydration, diabetes-related issues, and seizures, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
Chapter 6 - Preparing for Emergencies in Hospitality
Covers maintaining first aid kits, understanding emergency procedures, and effective communication with emergency services.
