About This Course
A positive guest experience begins with a respectful and inclusive team. In the hospitality industry, embracing equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) helps create a supportive work environment, stronger teamwork, and service that reflects the diverse world we live in. This course gives F&B employees the tools to understand EDI principles and apply them in daily interactions—with colleagues, guests, and management.
In this course, you will learn:
