Mental Health For Restuarant Employees

About This Course

In the fast-paced world of hospitality, mental health matters just as much as physical safety. Long hours, pressure, customer demands, and team dynamics all play a role in shaping employee wellbeing. This course gives restaurant staff and managers the tools to recognise mental health challenges, support themselves and others, and contribute to a healthier workplace culture.

In this course, you will learn:

• What mental health is and why it matters in hospitality

• Common signs and causes of poor mental health at work

• How to identify and respond to mental health challenges

• Practical ways to support yourself and your team

• How to reduce stigma and encourage open conversations

• The benefits of a mentally healthy workplace—for people and for business

Each chapter includes a short quiz, with a final assessment at the end of the course. Successful completion earns a certificate in “Mental Health Awareness For Restaurant Employees.”
